680 Folsom

Total renovation of an existing steel frame 12-story vacant office building with basement parking level and mechanical penthouse level. The total building area is approximately 550,000 square feet with floor infills at the first and second levels and the addition of two building floors.

Stoneridge Creek Clubhouse

Stoneridge Creek Community consists of 635 homes, a state of the art Community Center, a fitness center, open-air pool, performing arts theatre, art studio, short-game golf course, tennis courts, dog park, walking and cycling trails, and bocce and croquet courts.

Apple-Stanford Retail Center

Apple's new retail location at the Stanford Mall , consists of approximately 12,000-square-foot with a height of 23-foot-tall. This two-room, pavilion-like store is a fresh and evolutionary direction for the Apple retail program, designed to directly invite one in to experience the product and space underneath a dramatically thin roof.

101 Lytton

New ground-up construction of a two and a half story below-grade concrete parking structure and four-story steel building; complete with 47,000 sq.ft. of office space, 5,200 sq.ft. of retail, a roof-top garden, high speed elevators, car stackers and charging stations.

SuccessFactors Stairs & Glass Railing

The relocation of SuccessFactors' headquarters included the build out of an 87,000 square foot raw space to add open workstation areas, a demonstration center, an executive/customer briefing center, an internal connecting staircase, conference rooms, a café/break area, and copy rooms.


Facebook - Dining

SC Builders supported Facebook's rapid growth by transforming a 137,000 sq. ft. former lab facility into an exciting corporate headquarters space. The tenant improvement included a new café, conference rooms, and server rooms.


Santa Clara Data Center

Due to the sensitivity of the information regarding the work associated with Data Center construction, Olson is legally obligated to keep Data Center Construction confidential.


Nasa Ames Collaborative Support Center

The new NASA Sustainability Base was designed by William McDonough + Partners to embody the spirit of NASA while fostering collaboration, supporting health and well-being, and exceed the requirements of LEED® Platinum with systems that will eventually use only renewable energy and closed-loop water maintenance facilities.


Safeway Remodel

Safeway's interior renovations included updated office space, training rooms, conference rooms, restrooms, a cafeteria with a full service kitchen, and e-cafes. Centrally located on each floor, e-cafes provide employees with an area for socializing, working and collaboration.


West Elm/Bay Street

This project consisted of fabricating and erecting the structural steel, open web joists & metal decking for a new LEED certified building in Emeryville. The structure is part of the continuing development of the Bay Street area in Emeryville.


Foundry Square

The future corporate home of Barclay's Global Investment Group, Foundry Square is the third of four buildings of its design type. The structure is designed by Studio Architecture and features post-tensioned concrete construction with a multi-tiered and differing pitch structural steel roof fabricated and installed by Olson Steel.


1500 Mt. Diablo Blvd

1500 Mt. Diablo is a three levelfirst-class retail development located in the heart of Downtown Walnut Creek. Situated on the northwest corner of the premier retail intersection in the East Bay, 1500 Walnut Creek neighbors Neiman Marcus, Tiffany & Co., Apple, Pottery Barn, and an array of other world classretailers located in and around Broadway Plaza.
