USF John Lo Schiavo Center

Construction of a new state-of-the-art science building (laboratories and classrooms) located in the center of the USF main campus, immediately adjacent to two existing buildings. Scope included the excavation of two basement levels in serpentine rock, installation of a landscaped plaza roof, and an above-grade 3 story wing. Classrooms include chemistry wet-labs with fume hoods, physics labs, lecture halls, computer labs, and community spaces. The building is aiming to be LEED New Construction Gold.
