Transbay Project Area Block 7
The Transbay Project Area Block 7, located at 255 Fremont and 222 Beale in San Francisco is a 120-unit, affordable housing project featuring 120 apartments serving families between 40% and 50% of the area median income. Transbay Block 7 is one of the new mixed-income and mixed-use communities in the Transbay neighborhood. Olson Steel was selected to provide the structural steel for the building.
