This project consisted of fabricating and erecting the structural steel, open web joists & metal decking for a new LEED certified building in Emeryville. The structure is part of the continuing development of the Bay Street area in Emeryville. The finished building will be a 15,000 square foot retail shop owned by Williams Sonoma.
