Olson’s scope of work on this project included erecting the structural steel for a new stand alone and retrofitted structure that was located between two existing buildings. The structure is 12 stories high, with a footprint of 120 feet by 50 feet. Detailed sequencing went into coordinating the fabrication, shipping and erection of the structure. This pre-planning made the project flow smoothly and finish successfully on time. Olson achieved 100% safety rating on this job with no recordable accidents or incidents.
