The Santa Clara Valley Medical Center – Art Feature
Located on the 70-acre Santa Clara Valley Medical Center campus, the Bruce Beasley art feature is a monumental scale sculpture that identifies the main hospital entry. Weighing over 18,000lbs, named “Sanctuary”, this 6 ring stainless steel masterpiece was fabricated by Olson Steel’s San Leandro shop. In order to prepare for this intricate installation, the artwork was staged at the San Leandro yard prior to the final installation.
