California Dairies, Inc. is owned by 626 California dairymen who ship over 16 billion pounds of milk to be sold and processed annually. The owners have dairies located from San Diego County in the South to Marin County in the North. Olson Steel provided the complete structural steel package for the new plant in Visalia.
