East Oakland Sport Center
The East Oakland Sports Center is a two-story, 22,500 square foot community athletic complex that includes a pool/future aquatics center, fitness center, aerobics and dance studio, media center, locker rooms, bathrooms and space for community gatherings. The structure is built to provide as much natural light as possible and is scheduled to be LEED Silver certified. Olson Steel partnered with Turner Construction and handled all structural steel requirements and all miscellaneous metal requirements for the project.
